Inauguration of the Brown Land Channel

Khartoum — This week, at the Ewaa Hotel, the Brown Land Channel was inaugurated, delivering news in both English and French.

Mr. Mohamed Saad Kamel, editor-in-chief of the Brown Land (SUNA), explained that the goal is to support democratic transformation in Africa in general and Sudan in particular, and to support positive societal change and transformation throughout the African continent.

Mr. Saad indicated that the Brown Land Channel is a news channel that broadcasts on the Internet and contains news bulletins, interviews and documentaries in both English and French.

He explained that the Brown Land Foundation is a modern media organization that started in 2019 with the launch of a website in French and English, and soon after a weekly physical newspaper was issued, consisting of articles and investigations, featuring prominent Sudanese writers such as Osman Mirghani, Mekki Elmograbi, Al Taher Sati, Al Shafee Khader and others.
