Sovereignty Council VP Dagalo and Council Member Dr. Salma Address Populace in Al-Aghar Village in Al-Manaqil Locality

Al-Manaqil – 25/03/2022 — The Vice-President of the Transitional Sovereign Council, Lieutenant-General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, affirmed the government’s commitment to buying wheat at encouraging prices to build up the strategic stock, given that the food problem is the number one issue in the world.

During his address today, the mass meeting in the village of (3) Al-Aghar in Al-Manaqil locality, in the presence of a member of the Sovereignty Council, Dr. Salma Abdul-Jabbar Al-Mubarak, and the designated Wali of Al-Jazeera, Mr. Ismail Awad Allah Al-Aqib, and the head of the middle path, Mr. Al-Tom Hajo, reiterated the government’s keenness to provide the necessary services, He indicated that he directed the Minister of Finance yesterday to buy wheat for this season, at encouraging prices, to increase production during the next season.

He pledged to fight corruption and those who manipulate the people’s power.

General Dagalo attributed the reasons for the high price of the dollar to the unjustified rise in the price of the dollar due to the conflicting parties in it, and the lack of a mechanism to monitor the market, calling on the young demonstrators to monitor the markets and contribute to stabilizing prices to contribute to the state’s efforts to revive control.

The Vice-President of the Sovereignty Council saluted the role and efforts of the civil administrations, the State Security Committee, Sufi orders, youth, and women, for the development and stability of Sudan.

He said that the civil administrations have a historical legacy and patriotism that does not belong to any party, congratulating the Emirate Kawahla tribe.

His Excellency called on the political and national forces to come together to overcome the current political situation, to achieve stability and peace, and to move towards development and reconstruction.

The Vice-President of the Sovereignty Council pledged to give priority to the transportation route, provide water services and build a school for the foundation, directing the designated governor of the island to exploit the huge revenues of the state to consolidate the foundations of infrastructure and enhance the development process.

In addition, a member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Dr. Salma Abdel-Jabbar Al-Mubarak, stressed, during her address to the massive public meeting, that the state of Al-Jazeera has always been a symbol of goodness and development for all the people of Sudan, and that the wedding of harvest and development today is the best proof of that.

She explained that she did not seek a position or authority, but rather accepted the position to touch the concerns, issues, and people’s livelihood and contribute to reform.

The member of the Sovereignty Council, who is supervising the central states, promised to make several visits, to stand and get acquainted closely with the problems and concerns of the citizen in these states.

The Coordination of the Al-Kuahla tribe honored the Vice-President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant-General Muhammad Hamdan Dagalo, for his growing role in community peace and peaceful coexistence among the components of the Sudanese people.

For his part, the designated Wali of Al-Jazeera, Mr. Ismail Awad Allah Al-Aqib, praised the role played by the citizen to achieve development and stability.

The meeting was addressed by the governor of Al-Kawahla, Prince Awad Al-Jayed Abdullah Muhammad, stressing that Al-Kuahla is against destabilizing the security of the country and manipulating the capabilities of the Sudanese people.
