The public prosecutor’s statements (War Crimes Committee) opened against the accused “Abdullah Hamdouk” and leaders of the Alliance (Tagdom) mean that the head of the Sovereignty Council, General Abdul Fattah al-Burhan, cannot meet with war crimes suspects until they appear before the prosecutor in Port Sudan and the charges are dropped after investigations.
