Militia Recruits Flee after receiving counterfeit banknotes as Salaries

The RSF militia leadership has begun disbursing August salary to its recruits in cash instead of using the Bankak application, under the pretext of closing their accounts on the application.
They were given counterfeit banknotes and others without numbers, which caused a state of discontent and the fled of large numbers among the rebel militia forces.
Informed sources suggested that the militia obtained these unprinted banknotes from the warehouses of the Sudanese Currency Printing Press after looting them in the first days of the outbreak of the war, but these copies did not complete the printing stages and the placement of serial numbers.
The Rapid Support Forces have been tempting mobilized thieves by offering them large sums of money in exchange for fighting in their ranks, to the extent that they have circulated to the citizens of El Fasher that they will give every citizen there one million pounds in cash (from those looted and counterfeit banknotes) if they stop supporting the army and the joint forces to enable the RSF militia control the city after months of failed attempts.
All of these are indications that the militia is breathing its last.
