Transitional Sovereignty Council Chairman and Commander-in-Chief Sends Letter of Gratitude to Chinese President

The Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, has sent a letter of gratitude to Chinese President Xi Jinping, thanking him for the warm reception and hospitality during his participation in the recent China-Africa Cooperation Forum held in Beijing.
In his message, al-Burhan stated, “It is my pleasure to extend to Your Excellency my deepest appreciation and gratitude for the warm reception and generous hospitality extended to us during our participation in the Fourth Summit of the China-Africa Cooperation Forum hosted by your esteemed country.”
The Chairman also congratulated President Xi on the outstanding success of the summit and expressed his appreciation for China’s consistent support for Sudan in both regional and international arenas. Al-Burhan expressed his hope for further cooperation and coordination with the People’s Republic of China to serve the mutual interests of both nations.
