Initiatives in Sudan

Brown Land

A group of volunteer youth undertook the effort to help transient commuters break their fast during the previous month of Ramadan 1442 AH, targeting those passing by the roads during the break-fast hour and those present at transport stops.

The group also accommodated the food needs of those accompanying patients in front of hospitals by providing a light breakfast to help them complete their fast.

The group proved to set an example of an integrated community panel that had a clear impact through interaction and praise from recipients of service, committed to all voluntary work regulations and laws, wearing masks as examples of health instructions, working under a dress code.

This project was accomplished with sizable success and is under the generous sponsorship of the Rapid Support Forces as the first official institution to provide this generous favor, causing after that some peer institutions and diplomatic institutions to follow suit.
