Sovereignty Council Vice-President arrives in Juba

Vice-President of the Sovereignty Council General Mohamed Hamdan Daglo arrived today in Juba, capital of the Republic of South Sudan, on an official visit, during which he is accompanied by Director of the General Intelligence Service General Ahmed Ibrahim Mufaddal, and Major General Mohamed Ali Sabir, Director of the Military Intelligence Authority, and Major General Al-Khair Abdallah, Head of the Intelligence Department of the Rapid Support Forces.

 Daglo was received upon arrival at Juba International Airport by South Sudanese Presidential Adviser Tut Gatluak and other senior officials besides members of the staff of the Embassy of Sudan in Juba.

The visit of the Vice-President of the Sovereignty Council to Juba comes to discuss the close bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and ways and means to enhance and develop them further to serve common interests.

 During his visit, the Vice-President of the Sovereignty Council will meet the President of the Republic of South Sudan, Salva Kiir Mayardit, and a number of officials.
