American report tracks an Emirati plane violating the Sudanese airspace

The Humanitarian Research Lab at Yale University made a confidential report submitted to the US Congress Sanctions Committee. The report showed the movement of an Emirati cargo plane flying over areas controlled by the Rapid Support Militia in North Darfur.
