
Sudan National Day is commemorated at the Chancellery with a screening of a historical documentary

As part of the commemoration of the 67th anniversary of the National Day of the Republic of Sudan, the Ministry of People’s Power for Foreign Relations developed a series of activities aimed at celebrating the beginning of the victorious, libertarian, and integrationist stage of this African country, derived of the independence struggle that led to the establishment of the Sudanese Republic.
In this sense, the audiovisual entitled “National Day of Sudan” was screened at the headquarters of the “Antonio José de Sucre” Yellow House, located in Caracas, a documentary containing the historical memory of the emancipatory deed of this nation and its characteristics. geographical, cultural, and political.
Mustafá Mohammed, Chargé d’Affaires of the Republic of Sudan accredited in Caracas, together with the Vice Minister for Africa, Yuri Pimentel, and the Ambassador of Venezuela accredited in Sudan, Deiby Colmenares Boullon, witnessed the documentary, while extending their greetings to those present, agreeing to continue building a society of shared interests among all, where self-determination, integration, justice, peace, and solidarity prevail between Venezuela and the nations of Mother Africa.
Vice Minister Pimentel expressed, on behalf of President Nicolás Maduro Moros and the People’s Power Minister for Foreign Relations, Yván Gil, his wishes for a “fruitful and prosperous year”, framed in the strengthening of bilateral relations with the countries of the Mother Africa, with the purpose of advancing in all the strategic areas that contribute to the integral development of the peoples, under the precepts of the Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace.
