It is a pleasure for me this early morning to address this important workshop, and through you, we send greetings and appreciation to the masses of our people throughout the dear country.
This workshop comes within the framework of explaining the updated matrix for the implementation of the Juba Peace Agreement for Sudan, which represents the most important output of the workshop for evaluating the implementation of the agreement, which was held in the Republic of South Sudan last month, and which achieved great success by signing this matrix, which we will work to implement according to the listed schedules.

Ladies and Gentlemen
As we affirmed since the first day of signing the peace agreement in October of the year 2020 AD, with our commitment to implement the agreement, we renew before you today our keenness to proceed with the implementation of the provisions of the agreement, according to the updated matrix, so that our people can enjoy security and stability, the return of the displaced and refugees to their areas, and the provision of necessary services for them. And we call on the brothers in the parties to the peace process to redouble their work and coordinate their efforts, in the same good spirit, to implement this matrix.
On this occasion, we extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to the government and people of the sisterly Republic of South Sudan, led by His Excellency President Salva Kiir Mayardit, to the mediation team headed by Counselor Tut Qalwak, to the secretariat, to the guarantors of the agreement, to the parties to the peace process, and to everyone who made an effort to make the workshop a success until I came up with this matrix.

Ladies and Gentlemen
We call on the regional and international community, regional and international organizations, and donors, to mobilize financial and technical support to help complete the implementation of the provisions of the peace agreement, especially in the development aspect, projects for the return of displaced persons and refugees, and security arrangements. In the areas of water, roads, and other human resources, which contribute to the completion of the peace process.
In conclusion, we affirm our keenness and interest in implementing the Juba-Sudan Peace Agreement, and we renew our call to the non-signatory movements to join the peace process.
We hope that your efforts will continue through this workshop, and start implementing the matrix according to the updated schedules, in a manner that meets the aspirations of our people for peace and development.
Peace be upon you and the mercy of allah.
