Accordingly, the Presidential Decree No. 450 of 2017 regarding the inclusion of the Border Guard Forces in the former Rapid Support Forces was rescinded, and according to the new Resolution No. (131), the Border Guard Forces and the Security Arrangements Forces included officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers of the Armed Forces.
