Your armed forces would like to re-affirm its utmost caution to avoid causing harm to civilians and civilian infrastructure in line with the international rules of engagement. At the same time, it is monitoring the militia deliberately taking civilians as human shields by using their homes and civilian infrastructure as military posts such as what’s happening in South Kordofan and North and East Darfur and elsewhere they are present.

Your armed forces would also like to caution our citizens to move away from gathering areas of the terrorist Daglo militia in any part of the country as those gathering are considered legitimate targets for our air forces.
