– President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, arrived in Juba, capital of the Republic of South Sudan, on Wednesday, on an official visit.

TSC President was received at Juba International Airport by President Salva Kiir Mayardit and members of the Sudanese diplomatic mission to the Republic of South Sudan. 

An official reception ceremony was held for His Excellency.

TSC President will hold talks with President Salva Kiir on ways to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries and push them forward to achieve the aspirations of the two brotherly peoples.

His Excellency is accompanied during the visit, by Minister of Energy and Oil, Dr. Muhi-Eddin Naeem, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Hussein Al-Amin, and the Director General of the General Intelligence Service General Ahmed Ibrahim Mufaddal.
