To the Esteemed Members of the International Community,
Dr. Abdelaziz Al-Zubair Pasha
A Concerned Citizen, Patriot, and Advocate for Sudan’s Security and Sovereignty
I write to you as a concerned citizen, a patriot, and an informed observer deeply invested in the security and future of Sudan. Our nation is not merely experiencing conflict; it is enduring an invasion—a calculated and deliberate effort to replace its people. The Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF), backed by the unwavering resolve of the Sudanese people who have volunteered to defend their homeland, stand against a sinister alliance of regional and international actors seeking to dismantle Sudan’s sovereignty.
At the heart of this invasion is the rebel Rapid Support Forces (RSF)—a militia that has committed atrocities of an unimaginable scale. Entire communities, particularly in West Darfur, have been subjected to ethnic cleansing, their homes burned, their families slaughtered. This campaign is not incidental; it is part of a broader strategy to forcibly alter Sudan’s demographic composition, replacing its native population with foreign-backed nomadic militias.
The world has turned a blind eye to one of the greatest humanitarian crimes of our time: the systematic abduction and forced disappearance (الإخفاء القهري) of thousands of Sudanese civilians. For 24 months, innocent men, women, and children have been held as human shields by the rebel RSF, their voices silenced, their fates unknown. Where is the outcry? Where are the sanctions against those funding, arming, and sheltering this criminal enterprise?
The double standards of the international community have never been clearer. While Sudan’s legitimate government and armed forces are unjustly penalized, the rebel RSF continues to receive logistical and political support. This is not neutrality—it is complicity. It emboldens those who seek to erase Sudan’s identity and rewards those who profit from its destruction.
I call upon the international community to:
1. Acknowledge the invasion for what it is—a war of conquest and forced population replacement.
2. Condemn and intervene in the hostage crisis and forced disappearances—pressuring for the immediate release of all captives.
3. Support Sudan’s legitimate government and armed forces—ensuring that a nation under attack is not abandoned by the world.
4. Hold accountable those responsible for these crimes—imposing targeted sanctions on all entities that sustain the rebel RSF.
History will judge those who stood by and allowed this invasion to unfold. The people of Sudan do not seek charity, nor do they beg for intervention. We demand justice. We demand action. We demand an end to the hypocrisy that has emboldened those who would see Sudan destroyed.
