To His Excellency , General Abdel Fattah al-BurhanPresident of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the gallant Sudanese Armed Forces…
Dr. Abdelaziz Al-Zubeir Basha
Mr. President, take the Book with strength .
Your Excellency,
Sudan today does not stand at a crossroads—it stands in the heart of an existential battle. The very soul of the nation is under siege, its institutions contested, and its future threatened with abduction.
This is not a conflict; it is an invasion—one that seeks to uproot Sudanese identity and replace it with a foreign reality that bears no connection to this land.
Your Excellency ,
In times like these, leadership is not a privilege; it is a duty and a sacred trust. And such a duty cannot be fulfilled without the resolve of decisiveness. It cannot tolerate hesitation, delay, or leniency—such weakness leads only to betrayal and loss. As the Almighty said:
“O John, take the Scripture with determination.”
Though this verse addressed a prophet, it is a timeless call to all entrusted with the burden of leading a nation. It is a summons to take up responsibility, not with hesitation, but with resolve—not with cold administration, but with bold, purposeful leadership.
And know, Mr. President, that this trust has sought you out. And in the furnace of war, you have proven yourself worthy. But Sudan can no longer afford hesitation. What is required now is not further consultations, but firm and historic decisions—decisions that only a single, unified command can make, supported by the institutions of the nation and steered by your resolute leadership.
Mr. President ,
This step is not merely a constitutional necessity—it is a strategic shift that recalibrates the compass and signals, both internally and externally, that the Sudanese state has returned and holds the reins once more.
Your Excellency ,
The Sovereignty Council in its current form has served its purpose. But as strategists and planners often say: when structures become obstacles to the mission, they must change or be dismantled. The time has come to move from temporary frameworks to a state authority that is effective, formidable, accountable, and grounded in the people’s legitimacy—echoed by their most powerful and honest slogan:
“ One army, one people ”—
a people now fighting side-by-side with their national army, the Sudanese Armed Forces, in defense of land and dignity.
Mr. President,
This is not a call for rupture, but for course correction—toward a decisive structure that reflects the will of the people and rises to meet the scale of the sacrifices made daily.
Accordingly, Your Excellency :
A. Declare a state of maximum emergency and general mobilization.
B. Govern through constitutional decrees in accordance with emergency law.
C. Form a streamlined war cabinet, specialized in crisis management, daily needs, and support for both the war and economic efforts.
D. Activate emergency laws and special courts, and unleash the strength of Sudan’s respected institutions.
State authority is not given—it is imposed, Your Excellency…
Mr. President,
History does not wait for ideal conditions. Nations are not built in moments of peace—they are forged in fire. This moment demands a leader who does not ride the storm, but commands through it.
Mr. President,
Act with courage. Appoint with confidence. Dismantle what has become a burden. Lead this nation—not in the name of power, but with clarity as the one entrusted to guard a proud people since birth.
The world is watching. But more importantly, the Sudanese people are watching—those who bleed for this land, who bury their martyrs, and who still dream of their homeland’s resurrection from the ashes…
With sincere hope, and deep faith in the deliverance of this nation,
Mr. President ,
Know that behind you stands a heroic, brave people and exceptional institutions—ones that do not betray their oath, nor fear death, no matter how great the sacrifice.
And be assured: the will of God is with you, always…
A nation of institutions
Sudan, first and always
