Black Pharaoh Team Triumphs at International Formula 4 Powerboat Championship Captain Abdullah Khalafallah, Chairman and Founder of the Black Pharaoh Team, extended his warmest congratulations to the team for their honorable achievement at the International Formula 4 Powerboat Championship.
