These efforts have stretched from Sudan to the Egyptian capital, Cairo, embodying the highest forms of solidarity and compassion through free medical camps targeting both refugees and resident Sudanese communities.

One such initiative, Medical Camp No. 273, was recently held in collaboration with Al-Majd Sudanese Schools in Hadayek Al-Ahram. The camp provided free ophthalmology and dental services to a large number of patients, delivered by a joint Sudanese-Egyptian medical team known for both their expertise and humanitarian spirit.
“The primary goal of these camps is to reach as many Sudanese in Cairo as possible, especially those who cannot afford medical care,” said Prof. Alsisy , the initiative’s general supervisor. “As a Sudanese community, it is our duty to uphold the spirit of social solidarity and support one another through this crisis imposed by war.”

Reem Mirghani Al-Nour, Founder and Chairwoman of Al-Majd Schools, praised the humanitarian medical camp as “a noble initiative that strengthens bonds of solidarity within the Sudanese community in Egypt.”
She added, “At Al-Majd, we aim to cultivate a compassionate and supportive environment rooted in generosity and empathy. We wholeheartedly support all charitable, health, and educational initiatives that serve the Sudanese people.”

Tariq emphasized the camp’s professional organization and strict adherence to medical and ethical standards, which helped families feel genuinely cared for.
“We believe that a school is not just an educational institution, but a social platform that reflects the needs and heartbeat of the community. We will always support initiatives that uphold human dignity and health,” he concluded.
