7th China–Arab States Expo Sees 331 Deals Worth 107.75 Billion Yuan


YINCHUAN, China, Aug. 31, 2025 — The 7th China–Arab States Expo concluded in Yinchuan, Ningxia, with remarkable results. Over 17,800 participants and exhibitors attended, leading to 331 cooperation documents and intended agreements totaling 107.75 billion yuan.

This year’s Expo released several major achievements, deepened Belt and Road cooperation, securing 86 international projects with Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (the UAE), Kuwait, Egypt, Bahrain, Morocco, Jordan, Qatar, and Kazakhstan.

These deals were worth 46.47 billion yuan, accounting for 43.1% of total agreements.


Focusing on practical economic ties, the Expo hosted more than 40 promotional events, including business matchmaking and investment fairs. Of the 331 deals, 28 projects exceeded 1 billion yuan each, with a combined value of 78.57 billion yuan (72.9% of the total).
The 36,000-square-meter exhibition featured six themed zones, highlighting Arab countries’ interests in AI, gaming, and new energy.

For the first time, a new product launch area debuted the world’s first heavy-duty paper roll handling robot, while the clean energy zone introduced a “Green Power Application Zone.”
Several “firsts” also marked this year’s event: the China-Arab Countries Inter-Bank Association Council meeting became a regular fixture, mobilizing financial institutions such as the China Development Bank and China–Africa Development Fund to support overseas expansion. The Expo also saw the debut of promotional events for overseas industrial parks and infrastructure investment, hosted by the China International Contractors Association.
