To His Excellency the President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, his deputies, the esteemed Chairman and members of the General Staff, the heroic members of our Armed Forces, allied forces in the Battle of Honor and Dignity, and to the resilient masses of our noble people:

With resolute hearts, unbreakable determination, and unwavering faith in victory, we—the leadership, officers, and personnel of the General Intelligence Service—extend our highest congratulations and pride to you on the historic triumph achieved today: the liberation of the Republican Palace, the eternal symbol of Sudan’s sovereignty and national pride.

This decisive victory crowns your steadfastness, valor, and belief in the justice of your cause. It sends a resounding message to the world that Sudan cannot be defeated, its dignity is inviolable, and its sovereignty remains non-negotiable. Today, the banner of truth has been raised, the forces of falsehood have been crushed, and the deceit of rebellion and betrayal has been exposed. The flag of our nation now flies high, upheld by the sacrifices of our righteous martyrs and the unyielding resolve of our brave heroes.

As the General Intelligence Service joins you in commemorating this historic moment, we reaffirm our solemn pledge to remain at the forefront of this struggle—as a decisive sword and an unassailable shield—until every inch of Sudan’s sacred soil is purified from the stains of treachery and collusion. There will be no retreat, no concession, and no compromise on the sovereignty and security of our homeland.
