Expo 2020 Dubai: ‘Sudan’s Pavilion Includes 184 Inventions and Innovations’

Officials of the Sudan Pavilion at Expo Dubai(October 1st, 2021 to March 31st, 2022) announced that the pavilion displayed 184 distinguished works from Sudanese inventors and innovators in the government field, private sector institutions, individuals, research and educational institutions, entrepreneurs, and small and medium-sized companies in Sudan.

They stressed that Sudan’s participation in the exhibition is a serious attempt to integrate the country, which witnessed a major political transformation two years ago, into the global economy.

This came during a press conference held by the Sudanese Embassy in Abu Dhabi and the Consulate General in Dubai last Saturday in the consulate building, in which the Sudanese Ambassador, Mohamed Amin Al-Karib, the Commissioner-General of the Sudan Pavilion at Expo Dubai, Nabawiya Mohamed Mahjoub, the Minister Plenipotentiary Ahmed Abdel Rahman, the Acting Consul General, and Counselor Ibrahim Al-Hajj spoke Mohamed is responsible for the Expo file at the Sudanese embassy.

The Sudanese Ambassador, Mohamed Amin Al-Karib, stressed that participation in this exhibition is very important to present Sudan to its capabilities and resources through an innovative presentation in various fields and to benefit from visitors, exhibitors, and countries experiences.

For her part, Nabawiya Muhammad Mahjoub explained that Sudan’s participation comes under the slogan “Sudan is the country of endless opportunities” and its importance gains from being an important entry point for Sudan’s return and its integration into the global economy.
