You don’t hear the words of the inciting criminals.” He added, “Sit down and think with each other about the issue of regulating the interaction between the farmer and the shepherd concerning the beginning and end of the autumn season, with what is called (the freedman) in accordance with the inherited customs and traditions.”

He directed His Excellency to pay attention to women and give them their full rights, allotted to them by 40% in all political and social fields, in committees, and others.

Dagalo indicated the need to abide by the oath made by the two parties to the conflict who signed the document to stop hostilities and to streamline the process of providing health, educational and agricultural services to the locality.

His Excellency mentioned that the United Nations official visited the state today for the same purpose that he visited the deputy and members of the Sovereignty Council in Al-Geneina, by working on the return of the displaced to their villages, conducting reconciliations, and strengthening and extending the prestige of the state.

It is noteworthy that the visit of the Vice-President of the Transitional Sovereign Council, Lieutenant-General Muhammad Hamdan Dagalo to Kreneik locality, was accompanied by two members of the Sovereign Council, Dr. Al-Hadi Idris, and Professor Al-Taher Abu Bakr Hajar, Wali of West Darfur State, Ahmed Qardiya, the assistant president for administrative affairs in the SLA Minawi wing, and Sultan Saad Abdul Rahman Bahruddin Sultan Pan Dar Masalit.
