Refat Sabbah has been re-elected as the GCE President

Secretary General of the Arab Campaign for Education for All (ACEA),Refat Sabbah won the position of President of the Global Campaign for Education for the second time in a row, in the elections that took place in Johannesburg, the capital of South Africa, with wide international participation.

Sabbah obtained a complete consensus by the public body of the Global Campaign for Education, which includes hundreds of educational institutions around the world, amid great international participation and the presence of representatives of Arab educational coalitions and coalitions of Asia, Africa, Europe and Latin America.

The Arab Campaign for Learning for All nominated Refat Sabbah, represented by its members and institutions, for this position in appreciation of his efforts during the last period, and his being one of the few human rights voices that tirelessly calls for the importance of promoting and protecting the right to education as one of the fundamental and fundamental human rights.

Refat Sabbah is also the President of the Palestinian Educational Coalition, and the Director General of the Teacher Creativity Center in Palestine.

He is a professional figure known for his integrity, perseverance, transparency, objectivity, and non-fanaticism.
In his first statement, Sabbah expressed his thanks to the members of the Arab Campaign for Education for All, and to the Palestinian people in general, and to all Arab and international coalitions and members of the Global Campaign for Education for their support for him to reach this important educational position for the second time.

It is worth mentioning that the Global Campaign for Education is the largest global civil society movement to defend the right to education, and it has an impact on education policies worldwide. It is a civil society movement that aims to end exclusion in education. Their mission is to ensure that governments implement the right to education at all levels and stages, especially in achieving the fourth goal of the sustainable development goals.
