The Minister of Interior ends the assignment of police officers in the Rapid Support Forces

The Minister of Interior in Sudan, Anan Hamid, issued a decision to terminate the assignment of all officers assigned to work in the Rapid Support Forces.

While the Sudanese army commander, Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, had earlier issued a similar decision to end the assignment of the Sudanese army officers present in the Rapid Support Forces.
Armed confrontations broke out between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces in the center of the capital, Khartoum, last Saturday, killing nearly 200 people, and injuring more than thousands of others.
