Journalist Mohamed Hamed Juma Nowar : the Rapid Support militia’s attack on civilian facilities aims to disrupt the return of civilians to the safe areas
I believe that intensive drone strikes on civilian infrastructure are not primarily aimed at military targets of the Rapid Support forces. Rather, it is a tactic of psychological pressure on citizens in areas controlled by the military, creating a tense atmosphere and public protest.
The ultimate goal is to paralyze life and resist efforts to return to normal life. The areas controlled by the military, despite the war, excel in the provision of services and the maintenance of commercial activities, with efforts to restore health and educational systems.
This undermines the war plan and embarrasses those who support the enemy. The continuation of this comparison will raise urgent questions among citizens under enemy control about unmet vital needs.”
