7 out of 16 judges of the court considered the continuation of the case..

We have put alternative plans under study that will be submitted to the competent authorities soon..

The International Court of Justice rejected the claim of “Sudan” filed against the “UAE”for supporting the terrorist militias Al-daqlu.
The reasons for the refusal and the expected steps taken by the government of the Sudan to confront the evil state have remained one of the important questions that roam the popular and media circles.
(Alkarama) to answer these questions, the member of the legal committee for international cases at the Ministry of Justice, Maulana Mutassim Al-Senussi, asked the officer of his answers…

How do you see the rejection of the lawsuit by the International Court of Justice

The case was formally dismissed in accordance with the reservation submitted by the UAE to the convention on the prevention and punishment of genocide.

What are the reasons for the rejection of the lawsuit

We do not see that there is a failure. The case was rejected from a formal point of view, since the court did not delve into the subject of the dispute in the first place.
There is no failure, and the evidence is that there were 7 judges out of 16 who considered that the case should continue, compared to 9 who considered it to be deleted.

Does the decision mean the loss of Sudan’s case before the court or the loss of interim measures

For the crime of genocide, he lost the case because it was expunged from the court records. But that does not mean that Sudan has no issue.
There are other agreements between Sudan and the UAE that contain the same issues that Sudan accuses the UAE of violating.

Is there a default in the form of a lawsuit Was Article 9 a loophole in Sudan’s complaint, especially since the UAE is not a signatory to the Genocide Convention

It is a signatory to the convention, and this is not considered a loophole, and there is a feasibility study prepared before the filing of the lawsuit by national and foreign experts, the study ended for the possibility of accepting the complaint with the probability of rejection in almost equal proportions, similar to other cases filed against objecting and reserving States and accepted, including the case of “Bosnia and Herzegovina” against the state of Serbia.

Will the upcoming lawsuits include “marches” targeting vital facilities by the militia and with the direct support of the UAE

Yeah.. Lawsuits can be filed in this regard, because this represents aggression against the state of Sudan.

What are the options of the government of Sudan after the rejection of the lawsuit

The rejection of the claim just because the UAE has a reservation does not mean that the case cannot be re-filed before the court under other signed agreements to which the two states are parties. It contains texts that talk about preventing states from interfering in the affairs of other states, and not interfering with support, etc.in any wars or conflicts.

Other than the court of justice, are there any other options

Yeah.. In addition, there are other courts, such as the courts of some EU countries related to international genocide crimes, in addition to the International Criminal Court, and there are now criminal cases filed against Mohammed bin Zayed and the rest of the leaders of the Rapid Support militia from the first row.

Did the UAE use influence or illegal methods to cancel the lawsuit

This is a matter that cannot be claimed haphazardly. But, our proof that our case is strong is that the 7 judges represent the world’s great powers and they are from America, Australia, Germany, South Africa, India, Mexico and Somalia.

Are there any alternative plans put in place if the lawsuit is rejected

Yeah.. There are plans that are currently under study and will be resolved and submitted to the competent authorities soon.
