Sudan govt – SPLM-N negotiations resume in Juba
Negotiations between Sudan’s transitional government and the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement-North (SPLM-N) under the leadership of Abdelaziz El Hilu, resumed today in Juba, capital of South Sudan.
