Khartoum — The Council of Ministers approved, in its meeting today, the draft law on access to heritage resources and the sharing of benefits arising from their use for the year 2021 AD.

The Council of Ministers approved a draft law to ratify the Minamata Convention on Mercury for the year 2021.

The Council of Ministers approved a bill to cancel the “boycott of Israel” law for the year 1958 AD, affirming Sudan’s firm position towards the establishment of a Palestinian state within the framework of the two-state solution.

The three laws will be submitted to the joint session of the Sovereignty Council and the Ministers for final approval in preparation for their entry into force.
